He was predeceased by: his son Howard West; and his brother Gordon. He is survived by: his wife Linda Forth; his children, Harvey "Jimmy" West (Lori West), Crystal Forth (Luc Poisson), Shannon Pritchard (Kevin Pritchard), Lacey Forth (Paul Turner), Ashton Forth (Owen Nicholson) and Velda West; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Paige, Darren, James, Blayze and Mikayla; and his siblings, Ernest, Roy (Shirley) and Rita Fraser (Gerald). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Alzheimer Society Muskoka, or the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters would be appreciated.
