He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Bond and Velma Bond; and his sibling Mickey. He is survived by: his siblings, Arthur (Ida), Lorna Peters (Garry Spencer), Lloyd (Lil) and Robert. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
