He was predeceased by: his grandchild Jaidyn Phillis; and his siblings, Ronald (Rhoda), Raymond (Mona), Earnest and Shirley.

He is survived by: his wife Elsie; his daughter Shari (Kelly Phillis); his grandchild Breanne; and his sister-in-law Gloria Gardner. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and his many friends.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, there will be no celebration of life.
