He is survived by: his wife Alice Michaelis; his children, Jeremy (Anita), Dennis (Crystal) and Bethany (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Asher, River, Levi, Henry, Korra and Devon; and his brothers, Dave (Rhonda), Phill (Bonnie), Dean (Linda) and James. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
