He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Veronica and Arba Martin Rice; and his brother Mitchell. He is survived by: his spouse Fay Rice; his siblings, Veronica (late Wayne), Maxine (Neil), Theresa, David (Lila Ann), Michael, Linda (Ron) and Carl; and his pet Niimkii. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
