David Kottka Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Kottka and Dorothy Kottka; and his brother Keith Jacklin. He is survived by: his children, Carly Kottka and Garrett Francis; his siblings, Neil Jacklin (Janet), Shirley Kottka (Tom), Terry Kottka (Debbie) and Kathleen Morrow; and his friend Chris. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
