He was predeceased by: his sister Heather. He is survived by: his wife Mieke Hutchinson; his children, Jesse (Stephy) and Amy (Jonathan); his grandson Ethan; his siblings, Rev. Noel Hutchinson (Marnie) and Laurel Golle (Henning); and his pets, Stella and Kia. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
