He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jack, Ted, Dan, Ross, Hilda, Connie, Marion and Judy.

He is survived by: his children, Nancy (Sam), Dan (Dawn), Susan (Clyde), Jennifer (Kirk) and Tricia (Dave); his grandchildren, Joshua (Rick), Kylie (John), Jarrett, Nick (Sam), Jessica (Nick), Korben (Chris), Kolby, Madison, Griffin (Alex), Siera, Rylen (Michelle), Kacie (Jalon), Logan, Lucas and Quinn; his great grandchildren, Sosi and Cassian; his brother Bill; his wife Barb; and his daughter Trish.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the West Parry Sound District Museum would be appreciated.
