He was predeceased by: his daughter Cheryl. He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen; his children, Wendy and Chuck; his grandchildren, Bryan, Joseph, Jenifer, John and William; and his brother Lloyd. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren and extended family.
