He was predeceased by: his parents, Dixon Holmes and Alice Holmes; and his brother Brian Holmes. He is survived by: his children, Dan (Judy), Scott (Nicole) and Kathy (Vince); his grandchildren, Taylor, Allison, Sarah, Bella and Hunter; his wife Barbara; his nephew Steven; and his niece Jennifer. He is also survived by relatives and many friends.
