He was predeceased by: his former wife Maryna; and his siblings, Bob and Marian. He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Cerminara); his children, Annette Pastoor and Tim Pastoor (Kathy); his grandchildren, Joshua (Michelle), Jacob (Ashley) and Jordan; and his siblings, Jan (late Jerry) and George (Dieneke). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
