He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Chaulk and Olive Chaulk; his son Carl; and his brother Gerald (Ann). He is survived by: his children, Harvey (Laura), Wayne (Barb), Terry (Louise), Derrick (Marilyn), Jimmie, Debbie (late Pat), Wanda (Sean), Kim (Ray) and Dean; and his siblings, Patsy (late Harvey) and Barry (late Betty). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
