She was predeceased by: her spouse Elgin "Archie" Elson; her son Jim Elson; her grandson Matt (Shantelle); and her parents, Edgar "Ted" and Hazel Wade.
She is survived by: her children, Larry (Linda Elson), Linda (Len Rimmer), Kathy (Glen Cockwill), Donna (Gary Jeffrey), Janet Elson, Laurie (Warren Kellestine) and Mark (Suzanne Elson); and her grandchildren, John, Melinda (Jason), Sarah (Lassetter), Jennie (Rich), Jim (Dawn), Greg, Julie (Pete), Brittany (Lee), Richard, Carrie (Steve), Stacie, Amanda, Alida (Kevin), Mackenzie (Tessa), Emily, Calvin and Jackson.
