He is survived by: his brother Terry (Luanne); his children, Jeremy and Sara; his brother-in-law Jim Bloch (Pattie Hayes); and his friends, Monica Gingerich, Patti Kellar, Doug Ducharme and Val Wills. He is also survived by five great nieces and nephews.
