He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lorne, Helen and Tom; and his uncle Tim. He is survived by: his mother Karen Irwin; his stepfather Adrian Cornelissen; his father Brian McIntosh; his siblings, Jennifer (Jamie), Jessica, Stephanie, Jacqueline (Kevin), Samantha (Kevin), Danielle (Dave) and Martin (Mandi); and his grandmother Donna. He is also survived by his many aunts uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Daniel's name can be made to your local youth centre.
