He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his children, William (Sarah), Alexandra (Adam) and Bradley; his granddaughter Lillyan; his stepdaughters, Rachel and Isobel; his sisters, Diana Wammes (Paul) and Jane Lavelle Farris; his nephews, Adam and Evan; his niece Lindsay Wammes; his brother-in-law Kevin Carter; and his parents-in-law, Graham and Eleanor Carter.

In Bill's memory, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
