He is survived by: his spouse Connie; and his grandchildren, Jason, Jolie Ames, Sarah, Krystian Kozinski, Meaghan, Jean-Sébastian Lanoue, Alyssa, Michelle, Piper and James Thulmann. He is also survived by friends Friends.
As expressions of sympathy, donations in Bill's memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Shriners Hospital for Children, Montreal.
