She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Allan Sylvester; and her daughter Lisa Dalpe. She is survived by: her children, Shawn Gibson (Michael), Julie Irvin (Scott) and Reid Sylvester; her grandchildren, Phil Dalpe (Marianne), Zac Dalpe (Cassandra), Ben Dalpe, Jessica Irvin and Lindsay Irvin; her great grandchildren, Brooks and Avery; her siblings, Kim Parks (Deb) and Dawn Ronson (Tom); her sister-in-law Lorna Harrington; and her son-in-law Paul Dalpe (Emily). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends.
