He was predeceased by: his parent Sharon Madden. He is survived by: his spouse Karen; his children, Curtis, Lisa and Kyle; his sibling Chris (Elaine); his parents-in-law, Dean Sayles and Lynda Sayles; and his siblings-in-law, Louise Heyming (Russ), Nancy and Dean (Erin). He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
