He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Dorothy Nutall (late Kenneth). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Hodder; his son David (Juanita); his grandchildren, Samantha Kuches (Phil) and Nathan (Leslie); and his sister Marjorie Bull (late Richard). He is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and subsequent restrictions on gathering, a Private Family Service will be held.
