He was predeceased by: his former wife Fran. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Watkins; his children, Susan Van of Kamer, Michael Van of Kamer and Christine Van (Bill Guice) of Kamer; his grandchildren, Mac, Van, Veronica Guice and Kyle Van of Kamer; and his siblings, John (Judy), Paul (Joyce), Ellen (Ray) and Jenny (Wayne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews extended family and many dear friends.
In Peter's memory, donations to either the Canadian Cancer Society or the planting of a tree in his memory would be appreciated by the family.
