He was predeceased by:, Grace Ciancone (Chuck), Charlie Rizzo (Angie), Mary Crechiolo (Jim) and Sam Rizzo (Terry). He is survived by: his wife Glayde Rizzo; and his grandchildren, Nicholas (Marissa), Alex (Eva), Michael Rizzo (Danielle), Lindsay (Stefan), Caitlin Johnston (Daniel), Christy and Toby Rizzo. He is also survived by youngest of five siblings.

In Nick's memory and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Stedman Community Hospice in honour of the exceptional care they provided is gratefully appreciated by the family.
