We bid farewell to Marvin James Penton (Paris, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 4, 2024 at the age of 92. Marvin touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Levis Bosworth Penton and Ida Emily Penton; his brother Edwin (late Marilyn); and his son Philip André. He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, David, John (Shona) and Anne (Bob); and his foster daughter Linda (Willie). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Dwayne D. Budgell Funeral Home (1105 Rest Acres Rd, Paris, ON N3L3E3). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:50 AM at the St. James Anglican Church (8 Burwell St, Paris, ON N3L2B5). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
