He is survived by: his wife Christine Ford; his children, Mark (Heather) and Karla (Jim Stonham); and his grandchildren, Rebecca (Ryan), Rachael (Pyper), Reid, Tyler, Zachary (Danielle), Madison (Josh), Scarlett, Lilly, Warren, Blakely and Rylee. He is also survived by his extended family and many dear friends.
