He was predeceased by: his wife Julie Clarke. He is survived by: his children, Andrew (Sarah), Christine (Nick) and Philip; and his grandchildren, Ben, Atticus, Augustus and Julia. He is also survived by sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, plus friends.
