He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa June Granton; and his siblings, Jean Maich, Catherine Hawthorne, Ruth Simmons, Lawrence Granton and Helen Underwood.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Lapointe (Jean), Lori Spry (Doug) and Lisa Mellen (Dan); his grandchildren, Shannon (Sean), Marissa (Johnny), Alex (Tanya), Lindsay (Ever), Carley (Josh) and Faith; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Caden, Nathan, Alessio and Remi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and many dear friends.
