He was predeceased by: his siblings, Marjorie Oldham and Clifford Hollidge. He is survived by: his spouse Helen Hollidge; his children, Sandra Lackie (Murray), Susan Hollidge and Sheila Hollidge; and his grandchildren, Nathan and Kirsten. He is also survived by his extended family and many dear friends.
