We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2021, at the age of 86, Juraj Chalupka (Paris, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Anna; and his children, Eva Bradac, Roland (Brenda) and Eric. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent restrictions on gathering a Private Family Service will be held.

In George's memory, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation (https://www.heartandstroke.ca) would be appreciated by the family.
