In the vast expanse of eternity, John shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Deborah; his daughters, Valerie Haynes-Hilts (Jason), Michelle Doherty and Jessica Mercer (Michael); and his grandchildren, Alexis, Liam, Rhylee, Ethan, Owen and Amber.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 29 (70 William St, Paris, ON N3L1L6).
In lieu of flowers a donation to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Canada would be greatly appreciated.
