She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Roy; and her sisters, Lois Meades of Owen Sound and Phyliis Nairn of Owen Sound. She is survived by: her children, Elaine Stirling (Alex) of Hamilton, Geoff Sheppard of St. Catharines and Anne Sheppard-Dzsudzsak (Paul) of Paris, ON.; and her grandchildren, Mona, Nadia, Danny, Laura, Marc, Alicia, Roy, Aaron, Margaret and Rebecca. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
