Bob" James Robert Flewelling, Suddenly, after a lengthy illness, at Juravinski Hospital, after a courageous battle with cancer, a long-time resident of Princeton, in his 68th year. Bob was a Millwright from 1972 until his retirement two years ago. He was always known as quick witted and fun loving man who worked hard and played hard. "Flew Flew" was incredibly proud of his family and loved to laugh and make others laugh, his family and friends knew the garage door was always open.
He was a long-time member of the Legion in Paris. Bob and Sharon along with their many friends loved to travel. Beloved husband to Sharon (nee Knill) for over 46 years; loved dad to Marion Baker (Kelly), Roberta Krajewski (Bill), and Heather (Curt Bertelsen); Cherished grandpa to Cam, Kyle, Justin, Ashley, Austin, Spencer, Olivia, Kristen, and Ryan; Dear brother to Ed (Deb) and Doug (Gerry) and brother in law to Marie Geerts (Andre), Art Knill (Terie), Nora Millard (Marty), Ross Knill (MaryLou) and Phyllis Flewelling.
Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Jim and Evelyn, a sister, Marion and his in laws Ross and Betty Knill Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life of will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 29 (70 William St. Paris) on Saturday February 24, 2018 from 1-4 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to Royal Canadian Legion Branch 29 or Juravinski Hospital ICU would be appreciated.
