She was predeceased by: her son Troy Alexander Neely; her parents, James Mowatt and Beatrice Irene Mowatt; and her brothers, James David Mowatt and Donald Mowatt.

She is survived by: her children, Betty Jean Raddick, Peggy-Ann Reid and Kristine Ferraro; her grandchildren, Dean, Janine, Chrissy, Shelene Raddick and Daniel Troy Reid (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Alithea and Teagan Reid; and her siblings, Margaret Ball, Joyce Fox (John), Geoge Mowatt (Barb) and Sadly. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
