He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Anne; his children, Karen (John) and David (Lauren); his grandchildren, Ashley, Matthew, Harrison, Marshall and Amelie; and his siblings, Theresa and Haslem. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends.
