We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2021, at the age of 76, Evelyn Boakes (Paris, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Belford Smith and Dorothy Smith; and her brother Donald. She is survived by: her children, Raymond (Marie) and Belford (Cindy); her grandchildren, Matthew, Brent, Anna, Kenna and Daniel; and her siblings, Verna Coltman (Ron), Jim Smith (Kathy), Stan Smith (Mary), Gary Smith (Holly) and Allen Smith (Chev). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Masks must be worn and social distancing maintained.
