Constance Jack Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2019, at the age of 51, Constance Jack (Paris, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Stew; her children, Grace and Adam; her father Bud Grant (Pat); her parents-in-law, Stew and Marilyn Jack; her siblings, Ron Grant (Susan), Donna Powell (Jeff), Tara Alford (Mike) and Chris Grant (Danette); and her siblings-in-law, Darren Jack, Sandra Barrett (John) and Shelley McPherson (Pete). She was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
