He is survived by: his wife April Smith; his children, Damian Smith (Jennifer), Jason Smith (Cassy) and Jessica Smith (Chris); his grandchildren, Alexis, Landen, Dylan, Liam, Avery, Elliott and Jonny; his siblings, Sheri (Larry), Tracy (Ron), Cindy (Mike), Jennifer (Howard), Phil (Kelly) and David (Traci); his father Rondeau Smith; and his friends, Sabrina DiDomizio, Janice Black and Steve Rattray. He is also survived by his extended family and many dear friends.
A reception will be held at Jason Smith's home, 534 Blue Lake Road, St. George, Ontario on Tuesday October 19, 2021 from 3 - 7 p.m. A family friend has set up a GoFundMe account .
