He was predeceased by: his parents, Earle and Rheta; his siblings, Perry and Mildred; and his nephews, Bruce Guthrie (Jane) and Brian Sibbick (Fran).
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Bob Guthrie (late Donna), Sharon Young (late Dave), Mary Lynn Schira (Nick), Judi Nichol (Jim) and Bryce Sibbick (Sally Martin).
