He was predeceased by: his daughter Debbie. He is survived by: his wife Dalaine; his children, Dwayne (Denise), Melody (Ron) and Donita (Brad); his siblings, Eric (Muriel), Kathleen (Frank) and Aileen; and his grandchildren, Jesse, Kayla, Krystal, Kylee, Jason and Randy.
