She was predeceased by: her spouse William'Bill'Mustard; her daughter Cheryl Sweeney; and her grandson Darren Sweeney. She is survived by: her children, Laura, Patrick Mazzocato of Kitchener and James Mustard of British Columbia; her son-in-law Keith Sweeney of Palmerston; her grandchildren, Ian, Gina Sweeney, Brandon Sweeney, Morgan Mazzocato, Marley Mazzocato, Josh Acheson, Ryan Aubin, Sandi Blanchard, Jamie Woolner, Megan, Dan Ellis, Eric, Paige Dickie, Kaylea Dickie, Ryan Warnington and Samantha Mustard; and her great grandchildren, Adley, Hayes, Maeve, Joshua, Sophia, Jamieson, Emma, Lucas, Lilly Ann, Evan and Emily.

Memorial donations to Palmerston & District Hospital would be appreciated.
