She was predeceased by: her spouse Douglas Hilborn; her parents, William Hicks and Ruth Hicks; and her brothers-in-law, Robert Hilborn and Joe Rew.

She is survived by: her child Mark Hilborn (Anna) of Pittsburgh; her sibling Lois Hicks of Toronto; and her siblings-in-law, Louise Rew of Victoria Harbour, Pauline Robertson of Victoria and Fondly. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and friends.
