He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Janzen and Isabelle Janzen; his stepmother Esther Janzen; his siblings, Margaret Pollard, Keith Janzen and Robert Janzen (Donna); and his brother-in-law Rick Pigden.
He is survived by: his wife Heather Janzen (Gowing); his children, Benjamin 'B. J.' Janzen of Palmerston, Christopher 'Crunch' Janzen of Palmerston, Deanna Janzen and Jonathan Thiessen of Elora; his grandchild Emmalynne; his siblings, Ruth, Ernie Schwantz of Marathon, Lillian Pigden of Niagara Falls, Harold and Debbie Janzen of Markdale; his siblings-in-law, Reginald Gowing, Jamie Johnson of Mount Forest, Richard, Charlotte Gowing of Mildmay and Patricia MacKay of Fordwich; and his aunt Wilma Dell of Niagara Falls. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
