He was predeceased by: his sister Ann Schoulten; and his parents, Maxine Heise and Ken Heise. He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Palmer, Nicole Palmer and Taylor Palmer; and his brothers, John, Dawna Heise and Terry Heise.
