With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Brodhagen of Palmerston, Ontario, who passed away on August 31, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret; his parents, Harold Brodhagen and Edith Brodhagen; and his siblings, Fred Brodhagen, Joyce (Jack Bird), Daisy (Patsy) and Faye Dobney (Anita Scott).
He is survived by: his children, Brenda, Brian Burrows of Palmerston, Janice, Peter Steenbergen, Julie and Vance Dettman of Clifford; his grandchildren, Shannon Burrows, Chris Holden of Mount Forest, Andrew, Kelly Burrows of Wingham, Christine, Michael Drost of Drayton, Tara, Michael Taberer of South Africa, Jocelyn and David Tomek of Clifford; his stepgrandchildren, John Thorne of St. Jacobs, Donald, Nicole Steenbergen of Floradale, Lisa, Nate Bakelaar of Elmira, Ken and Karen Steenbergen of Drayton; his great grandchildren, Connor, Liam, Nolan, Evangeline, Oliver, Jaxson, Judah, Chloe and Dillon; and his brothers-in-law, Lyle Dobney and Earl Scott. He is also survived by his 10 step great grandchildren.
As expressions of sympathy donations to the Palmerston Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
