He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ian Whyte and Olive Whyte; his siblings, Dorothy Daniels (Ron), Jim Whyte (late Sharon), Gaye Whyte and Elizabeth "Betty" Higgs; and his nieces and nephews, Erin Whyte, Chris Whyte, Lisa Higgs Michael (Rolf Campbell) and Trina Higgs-Adams (Ned).
