She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Pearson and Mabel Pearson (Jefferson); her sons, David, Doug (Diahanne) of Teeswater and Murray (Lori) of Tara; her husband Lloyd Johnston; her sister Betty Ball (Bernard) of Owen Sound; her daughter-in-law Alison Johnston; and her sisters, Joy Goddart and Nancy Pearson.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Stephanie (Matt), Melissa (Chris), Alan Carla (Amanda), Pieter (Chelsy) and Aidan; and her great grandchildren, Ainsley, Cassidy, Hudson and Nixon.

Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
