She was predeceased by: her parents, Albina Coslovich (Medizza) and Ettore Coslovich. She is survived by: her son Eric Haynes; her grandchildren, Haysh and Denym; her brother Roy Coslovich (Shirley); her nieces and nephews, Megan (Devon), Audrey (Cody), Drake, Jamey-Lyn (Brent), Garrett and Carter; and her friends, Marie, Sam, Marcie and Marilyn.

Donations to the Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation would be appreciated.
