He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Freeman and Ouida Freeman (Fogarty). He is survived by: his wife Christiane Freeman (Fritz); his son Chad; his daughter-in-law Jasmine; his daughter Jackie McDougall (Freeman); his grandchildren, Izaac, Adele, Jakob, Lucas, Sophia and Aleeya; and his siblings, Thomas, Barbara and David.
