He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Leigh and Margaret Leigh (Walker); and his sisters, Grace and Joyce (Vito Messina). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Leigh (Kelly); his stepchildren, Dean, Cynthia Finlay, Chris, Eva Finlay, Kathleen and Mylene Finlay; and his grandchildren, Caitlin (Strunc), Aden, Christian, Connor, Liam and Neve.
In memory of Ross, donations to Habitat for Humanity or St. Georges Anglican Church Owen Sound for the Friends of Mudtown would be appreciated by the family.
