He was predeceased by: his wife Muriel; his son Ted; his great grandchild Evan; his siblings, Alvin and Jean Broadfoot; and his parents, Levi Cook and Ornetta Cook.

He is survived by: his children, Wanda Clark (Farr Dyer), Don Hobbs (Sherry Deshane) and Wendy Ward Jeff (Bill); and his siblings, Doris Lewis (late Albert) and Jerry Cook (Isobel). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations to the Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce would be appreciated by the family.
