Roger Cotter Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2022, at the age of 81, Roger Cotter (Owen Sound, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Cotter and Hazel (Sargent); and his sister Carole Flynn. He is survived by: his wife Gail Cotter (Locking); his children, Kerry Anne, Andrew (Grace), Sandra Bannon (Tracy) and Laurie (Rick); and his siblings, Tim Cotter (Jean) and Shirleen Herron (Larry). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Chapman House Hospice.
